Pipin' Hot proprietor David Irish plays a selection of Medieval and Ethnic wind instruments including bagpipes, recorders, crummhorn, mizmar, rauschpfeife, bombard, cornemuse and zurna. Certainly buzzy and reed heavy! 

His interest in selling instruments came about as he met many other musicians who experienced difficulty in finding reliable, quality, period inspired or ethnic instruments.  As he discovered sources, he decided to become a merchant in order to help others with an interest in weird, loud musical instruments.  The goal here at Pipin' Hot is to find you the instrument you seek.  Or maybe the weird instrument you never knew you wanted!

Dave is the founder of the band Diabolis In Musica as well, and promotes Medieval and Middle Eastern music through performance at a variety of venues.
